Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective wrappings are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery marks are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
